But now, there's a case—Dobbs v. Jackson Women's Health Organization—before the Court that could overturn Roe and return the issue of abortion back to the states. And you can help protect life!
At the center of the case is Mississippi's Gestational Age Act, which protects the health of pregnant mothers and the dignity of unborn children by limiting abortions after 15 weeks. Most Americans support laws like Mississippi's. It upholds America's foundational respect for life.
Roe v. Wade made the U.S. an extreme outlier in abortion law and policy. In fact, the U.S. is one of only four nations in the world that permits abortion-on-demand throughout all 9 months of pregnancy.
Who does that put the U.S. in company with? China and North Korea.
